Yes — before you add your first account, the app requires iCloud backup to be enabled. Your secrets sync through your personal iCloud Keychain, end-to-end encrypted.

Always, for free: QR code, text, or file. Settings → Export All Accounts.
How do I cancel my subscription? / Wie kündige ich?
Settings → Manage / Cancel Subscription — one step, inside the app. Or via iPhone Settings → Subscriptions.
